Cancellation Policy:
If you cannot make the event, please send a substitute. If no one from your organization can attend, you will be entitled to a refund according to the following schedule:
On or prior to October 15, 2012:
Full refund minus $50 processing fee.
After October 15, 2012:
No refunds will be made.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to:
